Book is beautifully illlustrated thfoughout. 54 full page illustrations including maps, a fold out panorama and 6 stunning full color plates with tissue facing. Color plates of wildflowers are named with legends on tissue facing. Many more wonderful b/w drawings and decorations. Pages clean, good condition. Endpapers' edges lightly yellowed. Green leather with gilt titles on spine and embossed design on upper cover. Book is solid. Boards show wear, scratches. Spine, edges and corners lightly worn and bumped. VG. Book.
