Hardcover. Condition: Fair. First Edition. New York: The Blanchard Press, 1901. First edition, undated, ca. 1901, with a printed letter by the compiler accompanying the book that was sent on approval to various recipients. Externallyl fair, internally very good. Green cloth printed in gilt, top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed, no dustjacket, likely as issued. Covers appear scuffed around the edges which is likely the cause of old insect damage (book has been quarantined and no bugs were found), good hinges, firm text block, clean pages, no names or other markings. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
