Extracts from the works with 30 full-page coloured plates with captioned tissue guards and 4 other illustrations including a frontispiece engraving of Dickens.There is an inscription on the endpaper. The plates are particularly charming and well executed. In nice clean, tight condition with no fraying or splitting and clean pages. The (rare) slipcase is solid and clean. No faults to note.
