Bound in soft leather with gilt lettering. With the Times Book Club bookseller's label to the rear pastedown. With a colour frontispiece of Anna, Comtesse de Bremont. Not widely held institutionally. Bound in soft leather with gilt lettering. There is only mild wear to the extremities, with just mild rubbing and marks, with tidemarks to the rear board. The front inner hinge is rather strained and a bit weak. The binding is generally tight and firm. Internally the pages have very slight browning and the very occasional spot, with offsetting to the lower corners of the endpapers. Good Only. book.
