Die Schauspielerin debütierte ohne eigentliche Theaterausbildung 1967 in Kaiserslautern, spielte aber wenige Wochen später bereist am am Münchner Hoftheater, wo sie dann dann zeitlebens bis ca. 1916 wirkte. Sie schrieb auch Gedichte und Theaterstücke. Sie war die zweite Frau des Journalisten, Schriftstellers und Politikers und Reichstagsabgeordneten Michael G. Conrad (1846-1927), der zu den Naturalisten zählt und zwischen 1878-82 zum Pariser Kreis um Emile Zola gehörte. Der Photograph M(athias) Pössenbacher betrieb seit 1863 ein namhaftes Atelier in München und erhielt 1872 unter Ludwig II. den Titel eines Hofphotographen. Das Atelier existierte später unter seinen Nachfolgern unter derselben Adresse mit der Firmierung "M. Pössenbacher's Atelier von Lechleitner & Küster" weiter.

Ramlo) wurde vom Vater selbst zum Theater bestimmt und ohne besondere Vorbildung betrat sie am 1. Oktober 1867 in Kaiserslautern zum ersten Mal die Bühne. Wenige Wochen später, am 1. Juni 1868 trat sie schon in den Verband des Hoftheaters München ein, dem sie bis mindestens 1916 angehörte. Ihre erste Ehe wurde 1883 geschieden, nachdem Ramlo eine Affäre mit dem Schauspieldirektor Ernst Possart hatte, die einen Skandal hervorrief. 1887 heiratete sie in zweiter Ehe den Schriftsteller Michael Georg Conrad, der ein Vorkämpfer der Moderne in München wurde.
