First edition hardcover with decorated front board, no dust jacket, in good condition. Boards are lightly marked. Edges, corners and spine ends are bumped and rubbed, with chips at the corners. Page block is rough cut, tanned and foxed. Light spots of foxing on the pastedowns, endpapers and quite a few of the pages which are othrewise clear. Tears to some of the pages which has not affected legibility at all. Binding has lost its original tightness, however remains sound. LW. Used.
