Oblong paperback, 46 pages, lots of vintage photos with accompanying text about this shore community in the great state of New Jersey, this copy includes a lengthy and quite interesting descriptive note by Tom Cunningham in which he writes about his family and their personal experiences living on the island, the note takes up the entire inside of the front cover and mentions renting a small shack for $25 a week among other things, the cover shows some mild signs of use but is clean and quite presentable, the binding is tight and the contents are fine.
