Spine has splitting and small loss at the extremities; spine surface is creased; front cover displays scattered staining (see picture), Rear cover has bumped and considerably creased fore-edge corners ; rear surface rub is modest; cover edges display small nicks and tears. Text-block edges are toned, else clean. BINDING --Still fairly tight. INTERIOR -- Next to four names in the list of the Board of Councilors are penciled the word "Dead", else I saw no other marking or writing in the book. The leaves closest to the rear cover are quite ragged at the corners; many of the book's leaves have bumped corners, with a few displaying accompanying creasing or dog - ears. The text throughout is clean, and the photographs display cleanly.
