Inscribed by the author at front free end paper to Margot van de Burgh, who played 'Mrs Joe' in the BBC TV production of Great Expectations in 1959 for which P.D. Cummins wrote the screenplay:"To thank you for 'Mrs Joe'! PDC 30/iv/59" Good in good minus dust jacket. Small stain to top edge of text block. Dust jacket spine toned. Dust jacket a little chipped at head of spine. Three small spots to dust jacket at head of spine. Rubbing to top front fore corner of dust jacket. Cream dust jacket a little discoloured.
