Covers faded and worn with damage to spine. With the usual library ink stamps and labels to front endpapers only. [the history of the ancient Church of Foulis Easter in the parish of the same name, situated about 6 miles NW of Dundee, can be traced back to the middle of the 12th century. It is an interesting example of a church which escaped large-scale damage during the Reformation in Scotland].
