Plastic comb binding. Condition: Good. 1st soft cover edition. Soft cover copy with plastic comb binding. Heavy stock yellow covers with black lettering and brown illustration of a zeppelin on front cover with black plastic comb. The covers are a bit worn and soiled. The binding and the slots in the paper are all in good shape- the corner of the rear cover is torn but all other slots are intact. The page edges are a bit yellowed and there is slight staining and foxing to the text. The previous owner's name is written in ink on the title page. Despite the stated flaws, this is still a decent working copy. ; The author's stated purpose of writing this book was to present a comprehensive selection of material connected with the "Zeppelin Fever" and to initiate a system of cataloguing Zeppelin memorabilia. Danner presents a brief history of airship travel and details the type of ephemera associated with the airships and their voyages. ; Black and white illustrations; 8vo 8 1/2" x 7"; 243 p. pages.
