Antoine Danyau est médecin accoucheur français. Danyau est le fils d'Alexis Danyau, médecin également membre de l'Académie de médecine et chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur. Il est nommé professeur agrégé en 1832 et chirurgien des hôpitaux en 1834. Il devient professeur-adjoint d'obstétrique à l'hospice de la Maternité en 1840, il est médecin en chef de la Maison d'accouchement. Il est élu membre de la section d'accouchements de l'Académie de médecine le 7 mai 1850.
