This large size book opens to a frontis print of Dover Castle, then a vigntte on the title page of the main gate, at page one the oblong fold out of the castle plan in the landscape, and page one has the oval vignette of the Devil's Drop, and in the rear seven l…arge prints of other views. This copy is re-bound in fine dark blue cloth with gilt tile on the cover. The book has some foxing and finger prints, else in very good condition. The inside cover holds the bookplate of noted bibliophile, Calvin Otto, deceased, who was a founder of the Ephemera Society and great lover of books etc. Language: eng.
