Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. Photographs, Maps, Tables (illustrator). 1st Edition. NF/none, used hc, 84pp. Brown colored cloth over boards with gilt text on spine. On front paste down is a Public Property stamp and on title page is a U.S. Geological Survey, Casper, Wyoming stamp else interior pages clean, unmarked. This is Geological Survey Professional Paper 661. Although I would not consider this a library book, there is a card pocket/card and date stamp sheet adhered to the map pocket that is also adhered to the rear paste down. The complete title adds "More than 7,000 feet of Late Mississippian synorogenic detrital clastic and limy sediments of the Chainman and Diamond Peak Formations were deposited in a narrow trough east of the Antler orogenic belt. Binding is tight.
