Soft cover. Condition: Fine. Original publisher's beige paper wrappers with staple binding. 5 1/2" x 8 3/4." Unpaginated, nine pages, complete. One black-and-white frontispiece portrait, complete. Back colophon: "Printed at the Plantin Press." Pages are virtually pristine and intact. Covers are very clean and intact except for a few small marks to front and back, a small spot of rubbing on front, and a few bumps at the bottom edge and upper corners of fore-edge. A Fine copy.
