In very good minus beige pictorial cloth boards, featuring lady on train with ticket collector and tan and black titles. The boards are flat and clean and a little wobbly from cracked hinge; spine ends bumped. Lightly tanned end papers. The text block has black and white frontispiece and plates in the text by Dewar Mills. The pages are even and secure; the Prelims are slightly foxed, the cut edges are a little tanned and the pages in the text are unmarked. Publisher's list to rear. Very good minus condition. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
