    S.l. (most probably Gent ) , s.d. (1615 ?) , in-folio manuscript on paper, ca. 400 nn pp, first leaf with an engraved stamp (coat of arms of Flanders), bound in contemporary full vellum, with traces of leather ties. Very elaborate conclusion (or statement of claim) in the trial of Mr. Jan Baptiste d'Hane against François Rym. The manuscript consists of no less than 1486 paragraphs taking in all over 400 pp. Some of the paragraphs are quotations from judicial books or documents and are quoted in Latin or French. The title annouces the case in dutch as follows ; ''In de zaecke van M'here Jan Baptiste D'Hane , ridder here van Niculant , Paridain etc. raadt ordinaire vanden rade in Vlaandern, soo oock syn --- ter --- van syn recht van (bylebyughe ?) , als by procuratie - machtich over vrauwe Maria Theresa D'Hane syne dochter, douarière van M'here François Rym in synen leven Baron van Bellem , Schuerveldt etc. JEGHENS (versus) M'here --- Theodor de Fourneau (died 14 Feb. 1634) Grave van Cruyqichburgh , Ter nat , Lombeke en Wanbeke, Baron van Chapelle et du St. Empire , here van Berchem , Ranst , Milleghem , Campsant , Wodecq.mitsgaders Maistre de camp gereformeert van het regiment voetvolck ten dienste van Syne Maj. '' In the margin of the title is written in contemporary hand that both parties have been heard in court, with a date added (April 1615 ?).
