Artista plástico, jornalista e crítico de arte, Arnaldo (São Paulo, 1914-1973) produz desenhos inspirados em formas vegetais (que lhe rendem vários prêmios), faz murais, mesas de cerâmicas, ilustração para jornal, capas de livro, estampa para tecido. Também escreveu uma série de artigos sobre a questão da criação artística, entre os quais 'desenho da mão' cuja a idéia central traçou o caminho da exposição.
