Book provides a history of the 142d Field Artillery form its beginning as 2d Regiment of Infantry, headquartered in Newport in 1883-84. This was the parent of the present 142d Field Artillery. Includes a few black and white photos. The book has an errata sheet taped inside the front cover. A great history of this Arkansas military Regiment. 293 pages. Size: 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Book.
