There is an English translation of the poem and of an essay at the end of the book. Written in imitation of Old Russian lettering and illustrated by the Palekh master Ivan Golikov in 1934. English translation of the Tale and notes on its translating by Dennis Ward; a critical essay and commentary by Lev Dmitriyev, translated from the Russian by Cathleen Cook.
