McDonald's Restaurant computer sales system information guide, including a graphic representation of a typical keyboard layout. The usual store configuration with keyboard terminals, cash drawers, monitors, etc. is priced $19,565 in this booklet, or about $68,000 today. The AM Documentor division of AM International was the world's largest producer of p.o.s. electronic management control systems for the food service industry in 1981, McDonald's having used their systems since 1972. However, the company filed for bankruptcy just a year later and closed its plants. An interesting and scarce McDonald's computer systems relic. . Letter sized paper, [13] leaves, bound in three-hole-punched document folder. Paper shows some toning, folder shows some edge wear. Near fine.
