Seller: Second Edition Books, Butte, MT, U.S.A.
Hardcover. Condition: Good + to Very Good. No Jacket. Limited. Binding tight; interior clean; beginning hinge cracks at ffep and p.81. Very strange as Galleon Press usually reprints original text as is this but the Galleon Title page and equivalent page in the rear (all pages folded once for sewing in) are Xerox copies and are attached by a glue seam on the previous page. I don't know if this is a binding error/correction or what happened. Supposedly limited to 300 copies (maybe they ran out of the title page). Anyhow, a fairly scarce book with a nice blue board binding. Originally a MA thesis for the Univ. of Wisconsin and printed in 1918 by the Illinois State Historical Society. 80pp., followed by unpaginated bibliography.
