Tal como se pue…de verificar en sus escritos anteriores, Leonel logra alcanzar aquí el fino equilibrio y la justa proporción entre los cuatro componentes divinos que hacen que un ensayo de carácter técnico o «científico» esté destinado a perdurar: la erudición, la originalidad, la profundidad y la simpleza. Sobre el primero de estos atributos, conviene aclarar que cuando hablamos de erudición no se trata, precisamente, del despliegue grandilocuente del plumaje multicolor del pavo real. Por el contrario, encontramos aquí la alusión precisa, quirúrgica, de autores y referencias que no siempre están ?aunque bien podrían estarlo? en la primera fila de las marquesinas. Leonel les saca lustre, poniéndolos en conexión con Foucault, Freud, Winnicott y sus propias experiencias clínicas, al servicio de una argumentación que nos va llevando al encuentro con la originalidad de aquello que aquí nos propone examinar: los fundamentos y la especificidad del Acompañamiento Terapéutico como herramienta clínica, conjugados con la ética del psicoanálisis. Descubrimos entonces que el autor tiene un don, comparable al del flautista de Hamelín: solo que en lugar de conducirnos al abismo para ahogarnos en la riada, nos hace sentir a salvo aun cuando de pronto nos vemos sumergidos en la más oscura profundidad a la que nos conduce en sus relatos, en nuestra indagación sobre la subjetividad y el padecimiento psíquico. Es el don de la simpleza, que no requiere de estruendos polifónicos. Con el agudo balizado del humor ?su «quinto elemento», devenido al mismo tiempo recurso clínico y articulador conceptual?, su escritura hace gala del humilde y sabio respeto por todo interlocutor que se llegue hasta aquí, dispuesto a acompañarlo. Tal vez usted, estimado lector. Nos espera una apasionante aventura en tres episodios.
