Ces considérations m'ont déterminé à flechir un peu, en sorte que j'ay fait consentire Brun à se contenter d'une somme de 36 [£] pour la jouissance dont Mosuier est tenu depuis la demande formée contre luy, et qui doivent representer deux recoltes. A l'egard des frais, j'ay consenti a l'y . et je crois n'avoie pas accordé le ca., parceque jusque à present, la demande n'avoit point été etablie. Et pour< Brun perde moins, je luy ay fait remise de la moitié, en sorte qu'il retire vingt deux livres quittes, sur cet objet, quoy qu'il m'en ait donné 16 [£] pour dette d'une obligation qu'il me devoit, et par un traité qu'il a passé avec la V(euv)e Mosuier, elle consent de se désister de l'heritage qu'il reclame.
