Hardcover. Condition: Very Good+. No Jacket. Volume II ONLY. First printing, hardcover, lined and signed by Lorena Eaker on the front fly leaf, the binding sits at a light lean and is starting to bow, but remains firm throughout, and the book also has mild wear to the cover corners, as well as a light crease to the upper fore corner of the front fly leaf. Overall, this is a solid, tight and clean, Very Good+ copy.
