For this issue, the legislature must have been in session, as much of the text is taken up with political reporting. The hand-made paper still pliable, and considering the age, is holding up well. Still, the expected age-toning, bit of edge-rash, fold-lines, light foxing & age-toning. Occasional creases & tears. Prior owner signature of one "Col. W. Lee" (?). A VG survivor.
