Indigo cloth bind…ing, embossed lettering to front board, gilt lettering to spine. Some discolouration to spine. A little marking to front board and spine, considerable marking to rear board. Otherwise, scuffing, some signs of shelf-wear. Binding firm. Page edges a little browned and scuffed but reasonably clean. Lower edges slightly rough, having apparently been cut, but quite neatly so. A little marking to endpapers, some pencil writing in rear free endpaper but otherwise page surfaces clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information. 585+ pp.
