Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. Photographs (illustrator). 1st Edition. VG/P, used, hc, maroon buckram binding with gilt text on spine and upper, color illustrated end papers, i-iv, 184 pages. Interior clean no marks, pages near bright, binding tight. DJ is worn and torn with several large chips missing. I have placed the dj in a protective sleeve so it will not get any worse.
