Octavo. xlv, 703pp. Fellow author Daniel Hoffman's copy with his name penned on front fly with his extensive pencil and penned underlining and marginalia throughout, narrow glue stains on edges of endpapers, spine sunned, very good with only a portion of the original dust jacket laid in. Laid in is a typed and Signed letter from the editor Robert Wooster Stallman addressed to Daniel Hoffman. Additionally, laid in are Daniel Hoffman's notes.
