Published in 1850 although title page has a London imprint, this is a Manchester based publication printed in Ashton-Under-Lyne, containing the first twenty Six Weekly issues of this magazine with labour based principles, looking at working class history, industrial relations in great Bri…tain, etc, bound in an old half leather binding, 8.5 inches tall approx., 410 pages, the binding is worn with some cracking to joints, wear and loss to leather at spine ends and corners, though binding holding well, internally marking to endpapers, some browning to page edges, noticeable creasing to one page, a few mild marks else in good general condition.
