It is one copy out of only 750 printed. The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. It comes with its original slipcase which is in good condition with some sunning and minor wear. The cover of the book only has some minor wear. The binding is good and sound. The interior is generally crisp and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light grubby mark or some kind of other minor imperfection.
