Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition (SD). Both the book and the dust jacket are in very nice condition. The maroon covers of the book are exceptionally clean. I don't see any soiling. The gilt lettering on the spine is very bright. The cover edges and corners look very good. The page edges are spotless. There's a little of the typical crinkling at the spine ends. The book is very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages and nicely tight covers as well. The pages are exceptionally clean. So are the white inside covers and end papers. Scrolling through I didn't find any soiling, didn't find any creasing. There are no attachments of any kind. And there isn't any writing. There is one marking, a small stamp of the previous owner (Rabbi, scholar and psychoanalyst Alan W. Miller) at the top corner of the front free end paper. You can see the dust Jack in the first few photos. It too is very clean, maybe a little toning off the top and bottom edges of the rear cover. There are no tears. The flaps are also in very nice condition, very clean, no creases or tears. The jacket is not priced or clipped. It will be fitted with a protective cover after the photos are scanned.
