Illustrated wrappers in very good condition, with wear and chips along the edges; 2" closed tear on upper front edge with tape ghost on verso. Scarce; only 3 copies located in online institutions. An early tourist promotional booklet extolling the beauties and resources of Northern California. The lovely chromolithographs show scenes of Del Monte Hotel, Monterey; Yosemite Valley, Cal; Capay Valley; and Placer County Citrus Colony.
