Due parti (su tre) in un tomo in 4? (mm 210x145); carte n.n. 14; 7 (su 8, manca l'ultima bianca); splendido frontespizio silografico con bordura ornamentale. Antico cartone muto rimontato. Prima edizione. La British Library possiede un esemplare del solo "Libellus" con uguale collazione e riferisce: "a fragment of a larger work which may have been the Succinta instauratio de balneis totius Campaniae of Elisius"; attribuisce inoltre l'edizione allo stampatore tedesco attivo a Roma Johannes Beplin. Molto ben conservato, qualche macchiolina.
