Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good+. First Edition; First Printing. A beautifully illustrated book showing the uniforms of the Civil War Period 1852-1867. Full color plates show uniforms from both the Union and the Confederacy. There is also a small section showing the uniforms from the Second French-Mexican War of 1861-1867 in which the French invaded Mexico with troops from North Africa and Europe. Text and color plates are clean and bright. Plates are beautiful. No previous owner marks. Book has minor wear to edges. Book does faintly smell of smoke. Dust jacket has its original price. Dust jacket is bright with no fading. Dust jacket has minor edgewear and rubbing. There is a 1 inch tear to bottom of back panel of dust jacket. Dust jacket now protected in Mylar. Ships same or next business day. ; 147 pages.
