Keith played a major role in development of the first magnum revolver cartridge, the .357 Magnum. He was also responsible for the .44 Magnum and .41 Magnum cartridges, as well as a family of bullet designs, with a distinctive semi-wadcutter shape, that are today known as "Keith style" bullets. . Profusely illustrated with color & B/W photographs of trophies and various rifles and shotguns they used during the hunting. Inscribed and signed by the author on Dec.6/1976 at Salmon, Idaho. One or two corrections in the text and photograph were made by Keith in his own handwriting in this book, including the photo of the late Tony Dyer (1926-2018) with an elephant with huge tusks (see. The book comes with the orginial box. According to Gene Brown who wrote about the author in his book titled "Elmer Keith, The Other Side of a Western Lengend", there was only 100 of these leather signed copies printed and they remain a VERY RARE find.
