Water staining to some page edges, text remains unaffected. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends.

Dust jacket faded at edges, small closed tear on front panel, rubbed on corners and spine ends. Ena Wright was a life-long writer: this volume contains what she considered the best of her poetic output, some of which previously appeared in various poetic and literary journals.

A collection of vanity press poetry; rather better than most, despite a thin strewing of E're and Ne're and thro', mien, Ah!, wilt and other 19th. century poetical words.All 7 in fine condition, 6 in jackets, several inscribed to friend Jesse Norman(ne Hammonds, a graduate of Nottingham University before the war - Ena probably of the same generation but probably with an Oxbridge M.A. She didn't teach me and wasn't my landlady - but she might well have done/been.

Magazine devoted to avant-garde filmmaking featuring interviews with Gregory Markopoulos and Peter Kubelka, as well as reviews of Jud Yalkut and the British underground film scene. We are unable to locate any issues in the trade, OCLC, or Library Hub as of September, 2025.
