Beautiful large decorated binding, with thirty-two full page lithograph portraits of gifted composers, performers and vocalists (Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Liszt, Von Weber, Chopin, and many, many more), along with music of their most brilliant symphonies, sonatas, overtures, operas, polkas, waltzs, marches, etc. Book size approx. 9-1/2" x 12". Brown cloth boards with dark brown, gold and silver decoration on cover, stamped gold lettering on spine. Cloth binding is clean (very light dust soiling). Small spot of wear-through to two corner tips; three tiny closed tears to cloth at base of spine. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean.
