Dopo aver duramente ?sofferto in quest'anno e per redimerci dai Prussiani [?] e poi nel ricevere a Quartiere un numero di Gente così grande sopra quella che hanno avuto gli Stati di Parma e di Mantova?, affinché ?il Nostro Paese resti Libero affatto da ogni altra sorte di Truppe?, il duca si impegna a pagare una grossa cifra di denaro sia in contanti che sotto forma di polizze di cambio da versarsi ad Augusta ?secondo gli ordini di Vienna, e di Milano?.
