Formerly John Dreyfus' copy with his bookplate on the front pastedown, a gift inscription from the author on the front free, an A.L.s from Ettenburg of June 1973 tipped onto the rear pastedown, an undated and whimsical card in the mailing envelope (both undated, loosely inserted, and a copy of The Typophile Times announcing the death of Ettenburg.
