Eulalie was working with Platt and Munk from around 1921 and per one biographer, she did illustrations for Stevenson's A Child's Garden of Verses in 1952, which has went on to sell more than 2 million copies. Pages are clean and bright; binding is tight. No loose signatures. There are NO tears, creases nor any writing . Blue cloth covered boards are clean and the color illustration pasted down is beautiful. Very colorful and unmarred! Lettering on cover and spine is in black but is very readable and unmarred. This is NOT an ex-lib nor a remainder. Light edge wear to boards, including corners. DJ has same illustration as paste down on cover, but it is soiled and with small chipping and wear through out. DJ is NOT price clipped and has been protected in a mylar jacket. This book is estimated to be 70+ years old if use the 1950's date. Extremely unusual to find a children's book this old in excellent condition with a complete Dust jacket. See pictures.
