With anonymous reviews of Lemuel Shattuck's "The History of the Town of Concord." and Ralph Waldo Emerson's "An Historical Discourse, delivered before the Citizens of Concord.1835, on the (Second Centennial) Anniversary of the Incorporation of the Town", pp.448-467 (Myerson's A2). Gilt mostly eroded, light rubbing on most edges, front endpapers with some cracking, staining, moderate foxing throughout, lower bottom corners "dog-eared" on all pages after 552. A Very Good copy.
