Questions and answers on facing pages for the six confessors named on the title page, the remainder of the book has questions with facing lined answer sheet awaiting confessions. Inscribed and signed on front free endpaper by Gilbert Fabes. The first 3 "confessions" appear to be signed by their authors (as named above). From the library of John K. Martin (of Black Sparrow Press) with his small exlibris label to rear pastedown.
