Couverture conservée mais usée et restaurée. Edition originale de ces "Souvenirs" écrits pas Costa de Beauregard à partir des papiers laissés par La Ferronnays (Saint-Malo, 1777 - Rome, 1842), qui apporte un éclairage intéressant sur l'émigration. La Ferronnays rejoignit l'armée de Condé, puis émigra en Angleterre et resta fidèle au duc de Berry. Les "Souvenirs" se terminent sur le débarquement du prince à Cherbourg en 1814.
