Early printing, hardcover, binding is shaken but remains firm, and the book has bowing to the boards, strong bumps to the spine ends and corners, sunning to spine with fading/wear to the titling, lighter sunning to the edges, some scraping to the illustration on the front with areas of… smudging and small stains to the back, and a previous owner's name neatly inked to the head of the front fly leaf.
