MOLLE, VITI ecc. ; 189 di ottica (tra cui una tabella coi nomi latini dei 7 colori dell'iride, LENTI di vari tipi, CANNOCCHIALI, un FUCILE?), acustica (ORECCHIO, cornetti acustici.), meteo (CRISTALLI di neve?, trombe d'aria?, arcobaleno, 42 di astronomia (6 pianeti: Marte, Terra, Venere, Saturno Giove Mercurio e loro orbite; Giove e Saturno coi stelliti), 26 di aggiunte. Mancando il testo cui sono riferite, e di cui ignoriamo il titolo, gran parte delleelaborate figure risultano difficili da capire non solo ai profani. DE GRADO Filippo, il più importante dei tre incisori della famiglia fiamminga, anche perché si trovò a vivere e a operare in una Napoli rinvigorita dal clima illuministico e dalle conseguenze culturali delle grandi scoperte archeologiche di Ercolano, Pompei e Stabia. Nel 1728 incise all'acquaforte 12 ritratti di Artisti (tra cui di Caravaggio) e studi anatomici per il Bellori.ristampato a Roma e dal 1755 in poi illustrò antichità di Ercolano.
