Softcover. Condition: Very Good. Reprint. Book is clean and tight. Back cover says is reproduction for Seguin's Sesquicentennial. Has tiny bit of wear to cover. Father Fitzsimon wrote this when he was assigned to parish in Seguin. When I checked every place I could think of for another copy, the only thing I saw was on his biography page on TSHA that he had written a history of Seguin. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 120 pages.

Hardcover. Condition: Good +. First thus, a good + copy in publisher's cloth, the spine label is a bit worn, old Christian Brothers Stamps to prelims and a couple of margins in the text. Scarce.
