Cisneros's case became an international cause celebre when prominent American women such as Julia Ward Howe and First Lady Mrs. William McKinley campaigned on Cisneros's behalf. Ultimately, Cisneros escaped with help from Decker and operatives hired by Hearst. Ships secure with tracking.
