    Soft cover. Condition: Good. A bit of wear but completely intact and mostly clean. Faint water stains to bottom edge of first 15 or so pages. Some tiny chips from vermin nibbling along edges of covers. 3" tear along spine from bottom edge. 1/2" tear along spine from top edge. Light water stains along bottom edge of last ten pages or so and back cover. Will be backed with cardboard and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.
