Slight discolouration to surface of rear panel but otherwise the boards are clean and bright. Page edges and endpapers have some browning and there is a small previous owner's label on the front pastedown. The jacket is complete apart from a half inch strip missing from the top of the spine but it has heavy chipping at the corners and the base of the spine, quite a bit of brown spotting over the surface and browning to the spine. First printing.
